It can catch the files only when it is alert and keeps its mouth open. This proverb reminds us that one must be ever ready to make use of opportunities. Files are the main food for a reptile. If it wants to catch the files it should open its mouth at the right time. Timing is very necessary to catch the files in the mouth. It means it should wait for the right occasion and should not lose the opportunity. Likewise, only alert persons can make the full use of opportunities. They wait for the right occasion and when the right occasion arises they act attentively and attain their goals. Also, only those who are attentive and work hard can utilize their opportunities, as their timings are accurate. It they miss the chance to avail in time, they can’t regain it again and it cause desperation and depression in their lives.

Nowadays we find most of the young people idle. They just indulge in unwanted activities and in criticizing others rather than involving in sincere and useful Endeavor. They lose their valuable opportunities even when they come to him. Such a person experience more despair in life. He, who keeps himself active, can make use the opportunity fully and can make his fortune instead of miring his fortune of miring his fortune. This proverb teaches us to be more alert and attentive to achieve something and attain the goal in life.

They should be united into very effective social and political groups to preserve their rights and privileges. In case of transgression and violation of human rights, the individuals should be compensated suitably and it should be ensured that these are not repeated.

In many cases, the governments controlled by self-seeking, over ambitious and narrow-minded people use repressive, unconstitutional and savage means and spread violence and terror to command the obedience from the masses. But State terrorism, violence, transgression of people’s rights is a very dangerous strategy and often boomerangs. In the background of all world revolutions there has been this strategy. Whenever there has been systematic and widespread State persecution and violation of human rights, there broke out rebellions and revolutions and history repeats itself.

This maxim tells us that a big city where one can see all goods and evils, beauties and charms at the same time, is the appropriate school for a person who can know a lot of information that surround him and learn all the aspects of life. A person, through he is ignorant, can come to know all vices by going through a big city. A great city is the center of commerce and industry. There live different types of people the rich and the poor, the rough and the gentle, the proud and the humble, the innocent and the deceitful and so on. There are multi-storied buildings on one side and slums on the other side. Moreover industrial civilization is developing in a big city nowadays. In big cities we can see beautiful bungalows, cinema halls, picnic spots, schools colleges, five star hotels, hospitals, universities, and etc. A big city represents each and every aspects of modern civilization. From these people one can learn art and music, literature and architecture too. In big cities, there are ample possibilities for employments and so, no one can be idle in a big city without a job. One can get a job suitable to his ability and taste and so, can lead a pleasant life. In big cities there are well equipped schools, from where one can get a high-class education of his interest.

In big cities we find doctors, lawyers, teachers, businessmen, philosophers, artistes and so forth. Also we find people who come from different states having different customs. As one has a chance to move with people having different culture, one shall be able to acquire a good and wide knowledge of life. A great city is such a school where one can learn all accepts of life. It is evident that the lives in a great city provide a scope for a person to study life in all aspects. It is said that home is the first foremost school for a child. In the similar manner a man can learn the virtues and voices, the goods and the evils by knowing the things that surround him in a big city as it has various facets of life.

At the co-education organization ladies and gentlemen or boys and girls look elegant, stylish, energetic and vigorous. They do not spoil in joking or in using malicious language. Discipline is robotically preserved by them at the institute or the university. There are citizens who do not resembling co-education. They panic that some of the mature boys and girls may turn out to be dishonest and damage their own lives if usual ethical teaching is prearranged to the entire scholar. Some citizens believe that a girl’s body and brain personality much more speedily than a boy’s and therefore they cannot recognize every others character completely. It is factual. Learning of English need not proceed along the blind alleys in which our school teachers and university professors lead our students and young learners.
You have got to learn it by the direct method. Teach your children A.B.C. and some elementary words, and create in them the taste to go far & further into the jungle of the language. If you cannot create and cultivate this taste in yourself or others whom you wish to guide on the highways of English, then all is lost. You must get the young children beautiful books with pictures and create in them the urge to learn and know more and more. I taught my children that way and they are doing very well in life. They have a real understanding of English, and not merely a bookish know- how and academic knowledge. Neither teacher nor student need struggle with a correct English idiom and English grammatical construction in order to advance scientific knowledge. But it is otherwise when you are trying to improve English and your commands over it brighten and burnish your expression.
